Community information sessions: WA First Nations Child Removal Class Action

Shine Lawyers will be holding a series of community information sessions across Perth and surrounding areas as part of the WA First Nations Child Removal Class Action.

The sessions provide an opportunity for community members to:

  • Receive an update on the class action
  • Ask questions about eligibility and the claims process
  • Speak directly with the legal team
  • Share their story, if they wish
  • Receive support with registration where required
