Yamatji Marlpa Aboriginal Corporation (YMAC) is the Native Title Representative Body (NTRB), delivering native title and other services across the Pilbara, Mid West, Murchison and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia. YMAC is run by a First Nations board of directors, representing several native title groups, each of whom have their own language, culture, traditions and protocols.

YMAC services include native title claim and future act representation; heritage services; executive office, community, and economic development assistance; land administration, and natural resource management support.

About the Role:

YMAC is currently seeking a full time (75 hours per fortnight) Project Coordinator to join the Governance support team in our Perth office on a fixed term 12-month contract. As a key member of the Project Team, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing effective and efficient executive support to serviced Prescribed Body Corporates and the coordination of various projects within their allocated Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC).

About You:

You will have high attention to detail and be able to demonstrate experience in organising and facilitating meetings along with providing executive office support to Boards or PBC’s, with a familiarity of risk management and identifying work process improvements. You may have undertaken administrative work within, or supporting, a PBC or Aboriginal Corporation and would like to take the next step in your career.
