The Nanda Part C Native Title Determination was handed down by His Honour Justice Murphy of the Federal Court of Australia on Southern Yamatji Country, on Thursday 13 February 2025.
This is the third successful native title determination for the Nanda people, with all native title claims now resolved. YMAC is proud to have provided legal and other advice to the Nanda claims over the almost 30-year process.
Country is our mother, the provider and keeper of cultural belongings. Country and Culture go together. You can’t have one without the other.
