About the Role:
YMAC is currently seeking a full time (75 hours per fortnight) Business Support Officer to join the team in our Perth office on a fixed 12-month contract. The primary aim of this role is to support the various departments within YMAC with a high quality professional business aptitude, undertaking project works, meeting corporate and departmental reporting requirements and undertaking administrative functions.
You will have the ability to provide effective administrative support for various departments, which can include support such as: producing written documents, filing, preparation of briefs, providing back up reception duties when required and database management. Organising and coordinating meetings will be a strong suit of yours, from planning stages through to implementation. You will also be able to efficiently organise travel for staff, including flights, accommodation and any required paperwork.
