YMAC is currently seeking two full time (75 hours per fortnight) Archaeologists to join the Heritage team in our Perth office on a fixed term 12-month maternity leave cover contract. The Archaeologists will plan and undertake heritage surveys to protect our native title clients’ heritage, and to liaise regularly with and seek instruction from native title groups on the conduct of such surveys.
This role is based in Perth, but will require travel to regional centres and remote communities.
You will be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years experience leading and/or undertaking Heritage Surveys with a focus on Western Australia. Regular travel to remote areas is either something you have experience in or you have a willingness to do so.
